Shipping Policy

Please double or triple check the address provided during checkout.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, if the correct address is not provided.  If an order shipped to an incorrect address is returned to our office, the package can be re-shipped at your request and expense.  If the package is lost entirely after being shipped to an incorrect address, a replacement purchase will need to be made.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped through Canada Post and typically ship the next business day.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada through Canada Post, and follow the Canada Post delivery standards.

  • Within Canada - 2-4 business days

  • United States - 5-8 business days

  • International (Air) - 6-10 business days

  • International (Surface) - 4-12 weeks
    *This service is only used for orders of 3 or more decks traveling beyond Canada or the United States.  If you would like a faster shipping option, please contact us directly before placing your order.


Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Due to the high cost of shipping small tracked packages through Canada Post, most orders will not include a tracking number.  Larger packages (12 or more decks) will typically include a tracking number as part of Canada Post's shipping service.  If a tracking number is preferred, please contact us directly before placing your order so that we can get you the best possible rate on tracked shipping.
